*Problem for buy the game

I’m new here, i’ve played to the demo, and that’s pretty good.
And tomorrow i’ve tried to buy the game but… it’s impossible ><
I use my credit card, i have enough money, i receive a mail too , on paypal i can send
money but when i use here, it's impossible to buy the game :/
And that's really annoying…If someone know what's wrong with my card or me, can explain and find a solution ?

Sometimes banks will automatically decline the transaction because of that. It’s meant to prevent fraud, since one does not usually make purchases outside their country. When this happens, your bank should notify you in some way. The only way around it is to contact your card’s provider and okay the transaction.
