House of Tail’s initial release is still scheduled for the end of the month, May 31st. Just a friendly reminder.
Currently working on the basic structure of ‘casual play’, so you’ll have at least one mode to play.
Whether or not we finish this, we’ll release it regardless. The idea has always been to release it first, then update and add content afterward. While we usually prefer to only release when the game’s more or less finished, please understand House of Tail will be very rough at first~
And who knows how big it will get~~
The game will be free to play online, but there will be a download version available for purchase. It will be the same game, plus some features that we can’t quite fit into the online version, such as multiple save slots and a higher frame rate.
I hope you’ll enjoy what’s there and thanks for waiting 🙂

Looking forward too seeing it, so totally will download buy it when it’s fully available.

Oh nice. I’ve been checking the site daily for the past week ever since the announcement about HoT coming out at the end of this month.
I do think I’ll be getting the game as soon as it comes out and going bug hunting right away. xD But yea, gonna be lookin’ forward to the updates as well and how it all turns out in the end.

We will maintain a list of things that need fixing and updating on the website, along with planned new content. I hope this way, we can all be on the same page as I’ve done a really bad job at keeping everyone up to date.
How about just commissions, make us fell a bit special. *wink*

By character requests, I meant more general types of characters, or well known ones. For specific characters, it will most likely be commissioned.
I don’t have enough time to finish up the character skills, so have to hide what’s there for the initial release ;_; The skills should make all characters feel unique and special~
oohh ohhh dibbs on the first character request XD lol, its cool man Im sure it will be big I mean come one an free online game with multiple options and gets updated here and there its got to be awesome plus the map town thing looks midevil like so thats an awesoem cause who doesnt like midevil furry stuff and if I recall mlp vampire stuff, so yeah ima go spread the word around in sl ^^ I dj at a club furnication so Ill make sure to give big announcements on my set

I’m also looking forward to taking character commissions/requests at some point, but it may take some time. Want to flesh out what’s already there first~
