At first we tried to write something shorter and more concise, but felt it’s better for both you and us if we simply spelled things out. Like it says, we’re not actively hiring, but we are interested in teaming up and working with fellow creative-types. We’ll update it as things come up.

In regards to the voice acting, would the people interested need any type of special software, microphone, or equipment to be considered for the audition?
Just a mic and the ability to record. We’ll likely write a guide to help people when we’re ready to audition.
It will include things like what format to record in, and the need for 10+ seconds of silence at the beginning or end so we can remove background noise. Whry has reminded me of some free sound recording programs, so will look into those for the guide.

Well as you know, I’ve done some voice acting before and was very glad the way you responded to me in FA a while back. Never the less, I’m also a writer and might; perhaps at some point, send you a piece of my work, since I have very vivid imagination and can type anything from more casual every day stuff and to romantic and/or darker things. :3
But even with all that said, am looking forward to each and every game ya might be publishing… and am sure to purchase all I can get my hands on! :>
